We are Albatross Boat Licencing
Albatross Boat Licencing Pty. Ltd. was established in 2011 as a boat and jet ski licencing provider for Maritime Safety Queensland with operations in Hervey Bay and Bundaberg and covering the Wide Bay area.
Albatross Director - Vic (a school teacher), has lived and taught in the Wide Bay area for over 34 years with wife Dot. After completing secondary schooling at Bundaberg State High, Vic did a brief stint in the Royal Australian Navy, completed a plumbing apprenticeship, and went to university to study a degree in education. He has taught secondary school for the past 34 years and is now happily retired from fulltime school teaching and concentrating on his boat and jet ski licencing business.
'Albatross' is an apt name for our business because the albatross is famous for travelling more than 3000 klms to seek food for their young and will never return to the nest until they have completed their mission. Like the albatross, we are prepared to go the extra mile for our clients to ensure they are fully prepared for the licencing course and understand what is expected of them when on the water.
